ISESCO condemns terrorist attack on headquarters of Libyan Foreign Ministry in Tripoli

The Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO) condemned the terrorist attack perpetrated yesterday by two suicide bombers on the headquarters of the Libyan Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Tripoli, which killed at least 4 persons, including the Ministry’s Director of Islamic Affairs Department, Mr Ibrahim Al Shaieb, and injured many others.

On this occasion, Dr Abdulaziz Othman Altwaijri, ISESCO Director General, stated that this heinous terrorist attack, which is havoc criminalized and abhorred by Islam, is the work of criminals who have lost religious faith and patriotism. He also reaffirmed ISESCO’s solidarity with the Government and People of Libya in the fight against terrorism and its supporters.
