Moroccan Minister Delegate to the Minister of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Executive Training visits ISESCO
The Director General of the Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO), Dr Abdulaziz Othman Altwaijri, ex officio Secretary General of the Federation of the Universities of the World (FUIW), this morning in his office, received Ms Jamila El Moussali, Minister Delegate to the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and Executive Training of the Kingdom of Morocco, who was accompanied by a cabinet advisor.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed ways to enhance cooperation between ISESCO and the Ministry in the areas of common interest, especially with regard to ISESCO’s contribution to supporting the Ministry’s project on the teaching of Arabic to non-Arabic speakers in specialized centers in the Moroccan universities.
On that occasion, they also agreed on the formation of a joint committee to follow up cooperation between ISESCO and the Ministry as part of the implementation of this project.
Attending from ISESCO were Dr Amina Al-Hajri, Deputy Director General, Dr Ahmed Said Ould Bah, Director of Culture, and Mr Adel Bouraoui, Education Directorate’s programmes specialist in charge of follow-up to the implementation of ISESCO’s programmes on teaching Arabic to non-Arabic speakers in the Muslim world and beyond.
