ISESCO's Permanent headquarters has been built in an area of 11.253 m2, donated by late King Hassan II , in Hay Riyad, Madinate Al Irfane. Generous donations towards the construction of the new headquarters were made by :

Late His Highness Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan,

Late His Highness Sheikh Jaber Al Ahmad As-Sabah,

His Royal Highness Prince Talal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud,

His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan Bin Mohamed Al Qassimi.
and with the efforts, follow-up and supervision of:
His Excellency the Director General of ISESCO, Dr. Abdulaziz Othman Altwaijri.
The edifice consists of a couple of buildings separated by a vast hall:

The first building is made up of one level designed for a conference hall, two assembly rooms and their annexes.

The second building is made up of five levels designed for administrative and professional offices.

The edifice has two main entrances. The first entrance overlooks the Avenue des F.A.R., and the second is located in front of the International Hall of Residence.
First Building: Conferences building
It has a separate VIP entrance, and consists of:

A reception hall.

A VIP lounge.
-
A spacious conference room.

Two assembly rooms.
6 booths for simultaneous interpretation.

A control room .

An elevator.
Second building: Administrative and professional offices
The basement consists of the following:

A parking for 70 vehicles.

Archive premises.

A printing office.

Warehouses.
The ground floor consists of the following:

A reception hall decorated with a fountain at the entrance of the building.

A prayer room, a library and a cafeteria.

13 administrative and professional bureaus, a technical office and a room of technical control.

The First floor

It consists of seven (7) bureaus for specialized Directorates, (48) administrative and professional bureaus, (2) reception rooms.
The Second floor

It consists of seven (7) bureaus for specialized Directorates, (26) administrative and professional bureaus, (2) reception rooms.
The Third floor

It has the same specifications of the second floor. It contains the office of the Deputy Director General in addition to a number of Directorates and specialized services.
The Fourth floor

It consists of the office of the Director General in addition to a gathering hall, a reception lounge, (5) bureaus for specialized Directorates and (17) administrative and professional bureaus.

The building contains (4) elevators and (4) staircases.

The building is equipped with surveillance cameras and fire-extinguishing material.

The headquarters is surrounded by gardens with passages. The entrance of the conferences' building is decorated with a traditional fountain.
